Convenience to Cheltenham and Gloucester( we were in the UK for the Munster-Gloucester Heineken Cup match. Quality of food and drink were excellent and staff were very helpful. The residents bar also stayed open beyond most hotel bars would, we realy appreciated this

Stylish hotel good location
Service was appalling. 3hrs for iron and board to be delivered......In a hotel of this quality that should be in ALL rooms anyway. Restaurant service bothin in the evenign and at breakfast was dreadful Food excellent. Waiting for 15mins for eggs to be brought out is just not on.

Public areas were clean, spacious and well kept as were the leisure facilities.
The chairs in the bedroom were filthy and badly stained. Toiletries provided in the bathroom were at a minimum. The staff on the whole were exceptionally unfriendly to the point of being rude (with the exception of bar staff). Housekeeping should not be attempting to service private guests rooms at 8am, I understand that there was a coach party in the hotel at the time but these guests would have been detailed on the manifest. Other members of my party passed housekeeping in the hotel who turned away in order to avoid speaking to them.

The decor was nice, the bed was comfortable and I could open the window so the room wasn't too hot.
The sink was very tatty (although clean).

Quiet room without too much noise from other residents.
Windows were left open didn't arrive until late so room was cold and didn't really heat up all night. Bedding was inadequate and not warm enough.

Your staff managed extremely well given that there was no water supply
Loud music in the dining room at breakfast time. The manager was unable to turn it down (controlled at reception) but finally switched it off completely.

Nothing especiallially
Had to order extra towels and dialling reception for ages without a reply - which happened in the evening and morning as I had a problem with the internet connection- the lack of answer to the call led to us missing our breakfast - as we were two minutes late and were told we couldn't get b/fast now - also your internet charges are too expensive and your film prioces are ridiculous !!

Clean, tidy and spacious.
Fridge in bedroom making a noise and keeping us awake. Mug in room had crack and hot coffee had to be transfered to another mug.

Position was excellent for our visit to the Cotswolds and Cheltenham. I found the staff generally very helpful. Pool and other facilities were okay. Evening meals-the quality of the food was very good and nicely presented. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all.
Our T.V. was faulty. The T.V.housing doors would swing closed in the night which nearly caused a nasty accident. Sauna and Steam rooms rather small.

They freely offered service I did not expect, such as help with my luggage, arranging a taxi for my evening in Cheltenham, and offering excellent advice on local attractions and places of interest. I do feel that at the time of booking I should have been informed that construction work is currently underway in the rear gardens. comfortable and spacious with a fantastic view of the waterfall and wildlife.
No Kettle, tea & coffee supplies had not been replenished. Cold water did not work in the bathroom at all - therefore could not shower or bathe.

Stayed in room 352 which was a long way from the car park and reception. My advice put bigger signs around saying do not unload baggage until you know what room you have got

the batteries in the TV remote were going flat, i mentioned it next day and a note was made for maintenance dept.

Pleasant staff with reasonable facilities. wine etc in the room was a very nice touch
Being initially turned away from dining in your restaurant because I had not booked all inclusive for our stay because you had a party on that night in the function room. This was not mentioned when I booked the room. As this was a leisure break to celebrate our Anniversary it was very dissapointing and not exactly romantic. Breakfast in our room was not very fresh even accounting for it being brought up from your kitchens it appeared dry as if it had been kept warm for a long time. Having to walk through reception and outside in slippers and robes because internal access to the spa was blocked due to the party in your function room.

Nice size room, nice views of the grounds. Comfortable and clean.
Room smelt odd, Shower did not work stayed hot for about two minutes and then ran freezing cold water, was impossible to have a shower without being cold! Also could hear everything through our walls and was kept awake by banging in the neighbouring room and people walking up and down the corridors.

Clean,comfortable and attentive staff. Leisure facilities good, but was not impressed with the ladies' changing facility.
Ladies' changing room by the pool needs up-grading. Perhaps a few cubicles for the more mature guest who does not like changing en masse!!

Two things I found good Childrens room service menu was excellent and they work with Safehands baby sitting services. A few things not so good was the loung bar could do with some cealing fans as it gets very smokey and it seems to linger. Also the hot water in the rooms is intermitent which was rather anoying." Very Close to the centre of Cheltenham and very close to the Cctswolds. Not too far from the Motorways.
Hotel Plumbing is not good, bathrooms are outdated Breakfast is not very good value for money and hot plate are not really very hot.
