my room had unsuportable odour of disinfectant. next day I had nausea, head ache and cold fever- first sign of intoxication. I made reservation for 2 nights but stayed just one, because hotel stuff could not offer me any solution than the same room in which windows stayed closed all the day, nevertheless I insisted that they should be kept open for aireation. I changed hotel for the other night in Lyon.

Extremely convenient for metro, trams and buses. Literally just round the corner. Easy walking to main shops and places of interest, and two minutes from the river. Easy european travel e.g. Geneva only 1 1/2 hours by train." (97169056)

The room temperature was very hot and we had to keep our windows closed to keep out the noise.

Clean. On our second stay at the same hotel, the room was also spacious.
Breakfast could be more plentiful, however I must add that I did not ask for more.

Très Bon accueil. Garage. hôtel propre. Rapidité pour prèparation de la facture pour notre départ. A partir de 22h00 on entends pas la bruit du traffic, fenêtre ouvertes
la chambre semble plus petit que sure les images mais ceci n'est pas grave.

personnel tres aimable. Proximité de la place Bellecour et de la gare Perrache
Prix excessif. Mais j'ai éte obligée d'accepter de regler le tarifd'une chambre avec 4 lits étant donné que d'autres hotels de la catégorie étaient complets. Peut être l'hotelier aurait pu faire un geste et diminuer quelque peu ce tarif qui correspondait à celui d'un 3 étoiles !

l'un des deux lits (côté fenêtre, chambre 26)était vraiment à la limite inférieure du confort : le matelas devrait être changé.

Great staff, clean hotel, good location.
Room far too small; no place for suitcase, no bedside tables, terrible coffee (the water tasted chlorinated and coffee was instant instead of freshly brewed) and use of a strong disenfectant or cleanser that lingered in the room and was unpleasant.
