  "Any good points overshadowed by stale smoke in room" (108983441)

  Friendly staff and good price

  1) Room smelt of stale smoke 2) even though I had breakfast at 7.15, the food was not very hot

  "This is my second stay here. I am always carefull to make sure I get a bed and breakfast rate as the breakfast (as in most hotels) is very expensive 15 euro I think. Very annoyed that the free internet is no longer available, despite being adviertised on the website" (108419255)

  Good room, good breakfast, great staff.

  Rip off wireless. There is a increasing trend to offer rip off broadband in hotels, despite the price of bandwidth falling.

  "OK would return" (108166381)

  Overall although this is a dated hotel retaining the 30's charm (hard to define) and obviously in need of some investment, the hotel was clean, unassuming and ideal for business trip in a nice city location

  "The hotel is part of a theatre complex. I was there when it was closed however when the theatre was open I would imagine it could get quite busy" (108897523)

  Free Wi-Fi, large room, hotel quiet

  No restraunt in evening which I was not aware of until I got there, however there is a fantastic Japanese Restraunt next door which is a must.

  "Great value for money and excellent distance to Amsterdam - only 25 minutes by train! It would have been nice with some brochures about the area and tourist sites in general at the hotel but having internet in the rooms compensated for this so it was never a problem." (99468711)

  friendly and helpful staff, nice accomodation, good large rooms, Internet in room

  Having to pay for parking, having to pay for breakfast. Should be included in hotel fee

  "The rooms didn't have tea/coffee facilities, the bar/retaurant was closed and we weren't warned of this before hand. The staff were friendly and spoke very good English, the parking was secure, and the security to the rooms was good. In it's heyday this was probably a very good and well kept hotel. It is now a little tired and could do with some refurbishment." (99415961)
