staff very friendly and helpful
parking limited - we were lucky - but wonder how we would cope without having on site parking

Excellent location for town and train station. Staff couldnt have been more helpful. Rooms, bathrooms and reception area were lovely.
No facilities for making tea/coffee. Breakfast was not included and we had to pay for a cup of tea in the morning which we would like to have been able to make in the room, given the price.
