  "Very good. Some nice changes have been made to the hotel since summer 2008 when we stayed there last." (107179653)

  Friendliness of staff, location, cleanliness, free internet access.

  Karaoke on Friday & Saturday nights were very loud in the rooms if you were in bed before 2am.

  central and friendly, bar very charismatic and engaging, really busy at lunch which proved its popularity among the locals....

  bar staff could have been a bit tidier and more prompt, but all in all we were quite chilled about it but if I was running the place I would have wanted my staff to be more attentive to serving drinks more quickly, you missed out on a couple of sales because staff were just not on the ball, not my problem but a problem for you guys I think..

  The room was comfortable and the common parts of the hotel downstairs were excellent. The location was wonderful too. By far the best feature were the staff. Everyone was not only helpful and friendly, but great fun to be with.

  Only two things: TV remote didn't work (not a big issue as I watched little) and the Minibar was empty and switched off.

  "A very good stopover in the centre of Eindhoven on the central markt square just a short walk from the station. I received a very friendly welcome when I arrived well after midnight and all the staff I met during my stay were very helpful. My only word of caution is that as the hotel sits over the restaurant/cafe, you might find it a bit noisy at night. I will certainly stay there again when I am next in Eindhoven." (99032413)

  "Everyone is so friendly in the hotel and around town. There is plenty to do throughout the day and night. I will pay another visit soon" (99266262)

  Room was comfortable although some heating in the bathroom would have been nice. Everything was clean

  the hotel is very central. The streets were noisy in the easy hours of the morning even on a weekday
