Very central, excellent value for money, yes rooms are small but very clean and serve the purpose of sleeping and washing etc

The room was warm and the bathroom clean. The hotel is in an ideal location. The staff were pleasant and polite
Curtains were hanging from the rail and I had to repair as best I could. There was no record of my booking on arrival despite having a paper copy of my reservation. I think the hotel is more akin guest house or B&B that is in need of some TLC.

Very clean room, towels changed every day. Staff all pleasant and friendly. Waitress service at breakfast which was a pleasnt change.
Our room was in the basement(no.2) which was small and had no drawers which would have been a problem had we stayed longer than 2 nights, but having spoken to other guests the rooms upstairs are more spacious and have bedside cabinets/lights on both sides of the bed!

The window did not close properly, the noise didn't matter as I had ear plugs but the draft was a bit chilly at night.

Great location. Staff were very accommodating, providing extra towels, storing luggage. Nice to have access to the internet at no cost. Breakfast was more than we expected.
Our room was on the fourth floor this is a long walk, especially with suitcases. One suggestion-When we are on holidays, we are not always ready for breakfast before 9:00am. Perhaps breakfast hours could be extended a little later.

However it would have been helpful if there had been a choice of floor level because my wife has a hip replacement and the room on the third floor did involve a climb of six flights of stairs. Location. En-suite facilities and TV worked well. Bed was comfortable.
Noisy creaking floorboards. Noisy bedroom doors.

we had requested a room on a lower floor during our booking and afterwards followed up with a phone call but upon check in we were given a room on the 3rd floor with many stairs and as we were a mature couple this was not very good for us

It was relatively cheap for a London Hotel and fairly close to the main attractions.
The room was very small and there was no lift, so being on the top floor was quite a challenge.

The front desk personnel were very polite, the room was very clean and nicely decorated, the hotel is charming (not too big) and very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very good and the wait staff very polite. This is a family run hotel and they obviously care about the quality of their hotel....it's excellent.

Very convenient location for Victoria Station and the conference that I was attending. Very helpful staff and clean and tidy hotel.
I expected to find some public areas e.g lounge area to be able to relax in the evening rather than having to go out or stay in my hotel room.

The location was good. The bathroom was good and new. Waitresses at breakfast were good and polite.
There was not a lobby and an elevator. The towels we used were not clean enough. First day the heating was off and the room was freezing. The breakfast was very poor. There were few tables for breakfast, people had to wait for long to take it.

l'hôtel est bruyant nous donnions sur la rue chambre n°6 les huisseries ne sont pas étanches au bruit et au froid !!boules quies pour dormir...

The beds were very uncomfortable. Lumpy and leaned to one side. No elevator. TV reception was poor and very few channels - 4.
