Hotel Ibis Amsterdam City Stopera, Amsterdam - Reviews & Ratings"Great location for visiting Amsterdam. In the city centre but on a quieter street allowing a peaceful nights sleep ( a lot of the other hotels are on busy streets). Staff were very helpful and breakfast is available until 12 noon (useful after a hard night partying!). Rooms at the rear of the building have a lovely view over one of the canals. Would definitely recommend." (99065270)

"Compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Amsterdam, this one was very modern, clean and comfortable. The booking in process however, left a lot to be desired. We were a party of ten, and the receptionist had the number of nights stay wrong, the type of accommodation, i.e. bed/breakfast, wrong, and the number in the party wrong, which lead to a lot of confusion at the desk. As we were all over 60 years of age, the hotel was a long walk from the centre of Amsterdam and there was no local transport nearby." (97961496)
