Staff were lovely and very helpful and accommodating and made the stay very pleasant. Service at breakfast and chap dealing with check in and check out was really really nice and helpful.
Room very small. Pricey for what you get. Pool was quite cold. Breakfast was pre cooked and reheated.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was gorgeous and very clean as was the hotel as a whole. The breakfast was lovely and very filling. We asked for recommendations for places to eat at night in the town and were not disappointed.

Good location both for pottering around the town, and access to the rest of the Lake District. There was enough room on site to park cars but this involved double parking and we were advised to leave our keys at reception should our car be blocking anyone in. We chose the B&B because it had a pool, and jacuzzi, and this was lovely." (99512157)
Clean and comfortable. The pool was a real bonus at the end of the day.
Room was small but adequate. Car parking was a bit tight.

the food was excellent and the pool was a fair size you could have a decent swim. our shower was wonderfull hot and powerfull

Southview Guest House & Indoor Pool, Windermere - Reviews & Ratings"We stayed in one of the luxury rooms during our stay. The room was tastefully done out and extremely clean. The bathroom was beautiful - wish I could have taken it home with me! We decided to go in the jacuzzi on our second night, but didn't last long as the water was freezing! This was on an October evening, so we had been expecting the jacuzzi to be heated." (1937317)
Darrin and Shirley made us feel really welcome. The room and the rest of the hotel was absolutely spotless.
