Delightful house, welcoming and very helpful staff, spotlessly clean, eacellent food
Breakfast not served before 9.00 a.m. (until 10.30 a.m.), which meant that half the morning was gone before one could get out into the town. Breakfast served from 8.00 a.m. would have been much more convenient.

Friendly atmosphere, enjoyed the hospitality of Mme Colmas. The Caza was a beautiful, relaxing environment that was perfect for our tour through France. My daughter and I were traveling in France to celebrate her college graduation and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Caza Sereyna. I would definitely recommend this place to friends. After a busy day of touring Avignon in the rain, we were warmly welcomed and we were able to enjoy a delicious dinner at the Caza!
No bad points, a very good place for the $$, especially when the US dollar doesn't go very far. It is not in the midst of the old town, but that made the experience quiet, calm and away from the bustle of the city.

The guest house was very nice and clean...great shower. I asked for an alarm clock and was given one right away. The breakfast was very good.
I arrived later in the evening after sight seeing and it was hard to find. Someone was leaving and I grabbed the gate and came in. I drove around it for at least 30 mins before figuring it out.

Very light and spacious. excellent location - close to the centre but far enough away to be very peaceful. Beautiful room, facilities and service - and Wendy the cat was gorgeous.

All the comforts of an amazingly beautiful home were there for us to enjoy. The welcome was so lovely too. We would definitely return if we visited Avignon again. - Very conveniently situated a few hundred yards from the city centre." (3304696309)
The house was behind a wall and it was a real surprise to find ourselves in such a lovely spacious home.

The owner was very responsive and a delight to know. There is a short walk to the old City. The breakfast was wonderful with home cooked stuff.The grounds are lovely.The house was wonderfully decorated.
The image upon arrival was bad. No outside signing on a residential street. The front garden was a bit of a mess.The area is a little seedy and we took taxis home at night.
