  "Before I booked, I rang the hotel to ask what the family room would be like. Your staff said it would be divided in 2 parts, with 2 beds in each. On arrival, we were put in Room 718, which had no partition & only 2 double beds. The receptionist ( a Dutchman, who was very helpful every time I dealt with him) put us into a family room very quickly. When we went to get the door cards reprogrammed later, the staff said we should not be in 744 & that it should have cost the price of 2 roms. I explained that I had called before but she ignored that & kept saying I should pay more. I appreciate that the price we paid was very low but we booked a family room - which we have done in many other hotels - & a room with 2 beds is NOT a family room." (97116384)

  Large, divided family room. Good cleaning quality. Balcony in one part

  Air condition did not work & we had to complain 3 times before it was fixed, & then in only one of the 2 parts of the family room. Indoor pool was extremely small, though your website did say it was small. Gym equipment was extremely poor quality. Hotel supposed to be new but the equipment was obviously bought second hand & not mainatianed or inspected at all.

  "This is a family orientated hotel so if you are looking for a quiet holiday this may not be the one fot you. Apart from that I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel." (97465997)

  The Hotel was excellent value, the restaurant was very good with an excellent selection (and quality) of different main courses at every meal.

  The hotel was very noisy in the bar area (rooms etc no problem)this was due to the number of children in the hotel during our stay.

  "Appoximatly 45min taxi from gerona airport costing sixty euros.Pleasant shopping area,plenty of restaurants and bars.Beech five mins walk from hotel" (99377761)

  good location,attentive staff

  very noisy even until 04-00 in the morning.This could have been an isolated occurrence

  "there is not much too say the hotel is excellent value for money" (99878948)

  the rooms were spotless and the public areas, reception, pool were clean

  the walls are too thin so you can hear everything in the adjoining rooms
