Hesperia Lanzarote, Puerto Calero - Reviews & Ratings"This hotel provides excellent value for money. I have been in better 5* hotels and in worse ones as well, this one can be considered an average 5* hotel with the price tag of a 3*. Good points: Excellent service, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, excellent spa. Bad points: Bathroom never clean enough, even if it is on the seaside, there is not a beach nearby." (99619475)

Great sized rooms, lovely balconies, nicely arranged, secluded sunbathing areas.
Reception staff were a little hectic and disorganised - we'd get attended to then left, unsure of what was going on. Some of the staff seemed a little diffident - not quite 5* treatment. Room was dusty in the corners.
