The complete ambience
The only, minor niggle would be getting from the room to the main house. No internal access.

I like the Epsom room as it was a little different to a standard hotel room. Candles nice touch but don't forget to provide matches. I lliked the real coffee in the room even though I didn't get round to using it. Breakfast a bit pricey but it was a really good experience and your staff are well trained, attentive and caring. I would recommend your hotel. The bars for drinks is lovely and the meal was really excellent
Nothing, I would have liked to have stayed longer.

The hotel is a lovely building and the staff are very kind.
The room was too small and the food (breakfast only) was poor. The coffee especially was diabolical!

I would like to say that this Hotel is probably one of the nicest Hotels I have ever stayed in! The service, the staff,the food,everything was impeccable.The staff went out of their way to please us.I would most defintely stay here again.Thankyou to all the staff.Mr and Mrs Newman/Keogh
