We liked the friendliness and hospitality.

We found the bedroom a little small. The shower and toilet was on the small side. The floorboards creeked every time you walked on them...which became very annoying!

Allun greeted us with a huge smile, our room with en-suite was just right and breakfast really does set you up for the day as advertised. Sue is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Sue and Allun both made our weekend in Blackpool enjoyable. There are local shops at the end of the road, the promenade and shopping centre are just a few minutes away. I would recommend the Chelston to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

No complaints.

Nice people & Nice breakfast

The mattress in the room we had was the worst mattress ever it was so thin and totally worn out, the springs were poking through and both myself and partner did not sleep at all. It was a shame as the hotel was nice.

This was a very friendly hotel and the owners so helpful and perfect hosts. There was a family feel to the hotel and the welcoming. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others for a short break.

Was a lovely clean hotel. Sue and allun were lovely and very approachable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Clean towels were given every 3 days and we could request more.

The only issue was that as we had a travel cot in our room it was tight as there wasnt much space. However I would use it again.

Sue and Allun are very friendly and hospitable. They are welcoming and do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as they can. Nothing is too much trouble, and they put themselves out to meet any needs you may have. The breakfast is substantial and well cooked. Our room was lovely and warm.

Our room was on the small side, but as we were only sleeping there, it was a minor item.

Breakfast was excellent, friendly.pleasant, homely and very helpful, close to all amenities (10 mins walk).

The bed was smaller than a double as my wife is on the larger side she was frightened about falling out of bed which left her with very little sleep. Also my wife is disabled and a chair lift for the stairs would help a lot of people in the same situation.

Great Hotel for the Price! We have never been to a bed and breakfast before, and this was brilliant. Simple room, with double bed, wardrobe, mirror, radiator and window. Great sized en-suite, with Shower, Toilet and sink and brilliantly clean and working. Breakfast was also very lovely and the location is perfect to walk back from central Pier or the tower. Only 15mins walk from train station too. Me and my Girlfriend really enjoyed our time in the hotel. Very very recommended! There are no bad points at all!!!!! :)

No bad points. It was fantastic for the price! We'll be back there again in the future.

We liked the owners, as they were very friendly and thought that they should be running a 5* hotel as they know how to relate to customers.

* Internet access is very slow and hard to reach the top attic room and the bathroom/shower is very small so hard to move around in.
