Location and bus sercice
My first room was very disapointing and extreamly poor, after conversation I was moved to another room that was much better. very smelly of old smoke, I slept with the window opened. I did ask for a non smoking room but this was not available, I realise the hotel is now non smoking but the rooms need to be renewed still very stale smell of smoke!

Comfort Hotel Cdg, Le Mesnil Amelot - Reviews & Ratings"The long wait for the shuttle from Charles de Gaulle airport was annoying and left us with uncertainty about when or if it would arrive. Guests need more information regarding the times the shuttle arrives at CDG airport on the board outside the airport or with their booking. Other hotels had buses arriving two or three times before Comfort Inn's bus finally arrived." (97527082)

The hotel was great except there was initial problem of my husband not being able to speak to me in my room.. However, the problem was rectified quickly and timely too. Very pleasant experience.

Near airport,reasonably priced
Courtesy bus is completely unreliable,despite being every 20 minutes I waited 45 minutes twice in 3 days.Bar shuts too early,10:30 to 11:00 ish.Staff unhelpful & surly.

accessibility to the airport, free shuttle to and from the airport
there was no kettle inside the room to make a cup of tea at least. some people were noisy early in the morning, maybe cleaners

Comfort Hotel Cdg, Le Mesnil Amelot - Reviews & Ratings"The buffet breakfast & buffet evening meal was poor; all the boiled eggs had gone early each day & were told there would be no more. The evening buffet there was evidence that there had been some carved meat at some time but no more was forthcoming (only at about 8.30 pm). The available meat appeared to be based around meatballs, one evening even appearing with a thin slice of beef on top making it appear like it was some kind of (fillet?) steak. Repeatedly had to ask staff for more plates, spoons & bowls." (99923690)
It was situated in a lovely typically old French village in a lovely countryside area, but still close to major centres.
The rooms were small, especially the bathroom.

Comfort Hotel Cdg, Le Mesnil Amelot - Reviews & Ratings"The lead staff member on duty at our arrival was unhelpful (I was on crutches from a recent injury) and hostile to my request for extra pillows (to cushion my injured leg while in bed). Our greatest objection was to the smoking permitted between the lobby & restaurant. We are unused, even in Paris, to having to be subjected to unregulated indoor smoking. It made the adjacent computer-area unusable and unpleasant even to cross to the restaurant. One positive note: the morning staff for the restaurant and desk were congenial and efficient." (99908549)

Kids stay free but there was nowhere for my 10 year old to sleep. he had to stay in bed with me and his dad and no one got good sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located to CDG airport with shuttle service and priced better than comparable hotels in the area.
The carpet was well-worn and the shower was moldy and partly broken.

Except for the shuttle driver all hotel employees I encountered were helpfull and courteous. The room was small, but clean. For 55 Euros it was a bargain." (3305090448)
The front desk staff was excellent, very helpfull. They provided an air-conditioned room and allowed me to use their desk computer to do my on line boarding pass, they get top rating in my book.
The shuttle driver to the airport made no attempt to help passengers find their departure gates. At CDV airport terminal 2 is actually 6 different buildings but all passengers were dropped at the same point, very confusing.

The free shuttle to and from CDG airport was handy. The price of the room was cheaper on the active hotels site than on others.
It was very hot, the ceiling fan was too difficult to reach and turn on, and there were no instructions as to how to do this. So, I had to keep the window open and it was very noisy with planes and then dogs.

Bar and restaurant service could have been a lot better - staff tried quite hard but service was slow. Bus service was OK - but often the wait at the airport was really too long and taxis would not go to the hotel.In the morning one had to be careful to get an early bus and after a day at work a long wait is very tedious !" It was rather tired. Fan did not work. Noisey as window had to stay open to get air. Fittings were very well used, carpet stained

The Hotel is accessible and close to the Airport. The price is also reasonable. ACCOMMODATION IS COMMENSURATE WITH THE PRICE AND FUNCTIONAL FOR BUSINESS.
Accommodation is suitable.

The food presented at dinner was overstewed and tasteless. Good ingredients were being ruined by someone who doesn't know what they are doing with food. Several of us food refugees eventually went out in the cold to find restaurants locally where the food was edible. The shuttle bus is unpredictable and the half hour intervals are often as much as an hour, which is painful when standing in the cold at Charles De Gaulle, where you can't even use the option of a taxi because the trip is too short and the drivers won't accept a fare." Fairly basic but the room was clean and quiet
The food was atrocious and the general dining and bar areas were dirty. The same stain stayed on the restaurant floor throughout my stay and has probably still not been mopped.

Room quiet, clean and fairly up to date
Shower head support broken so had to hold the shower, unable to set wakeup alarm on Tv, restaurant too expensive and food had been sitting out for a while. Not what I call satisfactory considering what we had to pay.
