location was excellent for autumn weekend break Rooms had been recently refurbished and looked good Breakfast was good-coffee was excellent
lack of bar facilities no bath in room, shower was badly designed

Stayed in about 7 different hotels in Palma and this is the best for location and price. The roof top terrace was the BEST thing.Amazing view,which i have paid alot more for in the past. Very nice reception staff. Secure place to leave baggage before departure.
Was not told when booking that the 3 floors above me were being renovated. Not that noisy at 9am though,so there was some consideration and there were notices all over the hotel appologising for the inconveniance.

Centrally located, good access to public transport

Almudaina, Palma de Mallorca - Reviews & Ratings"The accomodation was good value, reasonably priced for a central town location. It is a nice building, well maintained and clean. A good selection for breakfast. The staff at Reception were pleasant and tried to be helpful but there was a lack of 'tourist' information available on bus/train times, tourist attractions, events etc. (Generally Mallorca seems not to provide tourist information for the Independent traveller.)" Almudaina, Palma de Mallorca - Reviews & Ratings"The best thing about this hotel was its central location. Unlike other users, we experienced no problems with noise. Air conditioning was very effective. On leaving we had easy access to a taxi from the hotel." (99673756)

Almudaina, Palma de Mallorca - Reviews & Ratings"I would have liked to have known that the rooms would have been very hot and that the air conditioning was useless. The staff were friendly and the rooms were cleaned well. I enjoyed the range at breakfast although again the room was very hot and cluttered so it was hard to get about between the chairs." Quite quiet central location and good breakfasts.
A bit shabby, needs decorating, the bathrooms in particular and one of our rooms the tap didn't reach the sink. Air conditionning inadequate

Almudaina, Palma de Mallorca - Reviews & Ratings"The hotel is perfect for a short stay where you want to be in the middle of Palma so you can walk to local restaurants, bars etc and not have to worry about driving/parking etc. I was very lucky and found a space near the hotel for the car but it was pure luck and I had to go out early and move the car the next morning so parking is really the only drawback. Breakfast was more than adequate, the staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable." (99587298)

Almudaina, Palma de Mallorca - Reviews & Ratings"Die Lautstärke zur Strasse hin ist schon extrem. Die sanitären Einrichtungen völlig veraltet. Die technischen Einrichtungen wie auch Kühlschrank + TV ebenso. Die Einzelzimmer sind eher Besenkammern mit Luke (als Fensterersatz) zu einem Lichtschacht. (Wir hatten insgesamt 2 DZ + 1 EZ gebucht) Insgesamt trotzdem zu empfehlen" (97075687)

"brilliant location near the main shopping area, bus stops nearby which offer links all over the city and beyond." (108548329)
We have stayed at this hotel on 3 previous occasions and I have again been impressed by the quality and value for money that this hotel offers. A great location and buffet breakfast is included....
