the staff is very helpful especially the filipino lady in the kitchen on my first day of breakfast in comfort inn.The place is quite near to the rail station,convenient to move around.
you have one sour face staff who walkpast us in the lobby, we believed that she was about to finish work, we don't like to see this kind of face in the hotel!

The hotel was very clean, breakfast good, great location near Knig's Croos station for various Tube linesm quite at night. Nice welcoming at the reception.
The room was on the basament, near the breakfats room, therefore it was pretty noisy at eraly morning.

Breakfast staff extremely nice and accomodating, very polite! Quick check in on arrival!
Rang hotel ahead to say we would be a late arrival, however they did not have us on record as having booked in, very friendly male receptionist sorted the problem within minutes though!! Bed was not very comfortable!!

No hot water in the morning. Rang to reception who said they would be up in 5 mins but they never arrived. Complained at reception and was asjed to wait whilst they went to my room and checked I wasn't lying. Finaly agreed to a 20% discount.

Great location for access to the Eurostar. Staff was helpful and pleasant.
The room was quite small; not sure we would be comfortable for more than one night.

We showed up early, and they made sure they had a room made up immediately. Overall very clean and neat (except carpets as noted below). Continental breakfast was great. Room was a good size and very quiet, no noise from above, below, or the sides.
The cleanliness of the carpets could be called into question - but any budget hotel has this problem. The tight, narrow hallways and steps both up and down to get to a room on the ground floor were a bit much for my disabled mother, but we managed.

Hotel was in situated in quiet street and very convenient for getting to St Pancras International. The Hotel was very clean and I found the room more than adequate for a one night transit stop.

The hotel, although small, was good for my friend and I who needed somewhere near Kings Cross Stn, on route to Heathrow. It was within walking distance. It was clean & comfortable.

Very convenient for Kings Cross Station on arrival and departure. Luggage can be left in luggage room on day of departure. The whole building is fresh and clean and our bathroom was excellent. The beds are comfortable too.
Light on the dressing table didn't work. Breakfast could have been better.

Comfort Inn Kings Cross, London - Reviews & Ratings"On arrival, we were pleased to be welcomed by the receptionist who was very helpful indeed. Our room was very well appointed with a large and roomy shower and a very efficient air con unit!! Despite our initial misgivings about a room facing the main road, the overnight noise and light pollution was minimal. Breakfast was taken in a very `twee` dining room, a good chice of continental breakfast was available. The hotel was very clean and well decorated, in fact the only problem we found was that the satellite tv signal was extremley weak!! We will definatley return to this hotel!!" (97160488)

I was accompanying a disabled colleage and I would recommend this hotel to other disabled users. Apart from the plethora of fire doors to reach it, our ground floor suite was very spacious, well equipped and clean. The staff brought extra pillows to make my colleague comfortable and a wooden chair so that she could sit down in the shower. All in all, a good experience and we will use this hotel again when we have meetings near King's Cross." (97420513)
Very helpful staff.
TV was on top of the wardrobe and made my neck ache to watch it.

Steps into the breakfast extremely dangerous. Whilst we were there a gentleman fell down the stairs and injured himself.

It was close to Kings Cross station and very easy to find. The hotel is just off the main road, so walking by myself was safe.
I had a basement room at the front of the hotel and the noise of the traffic was constant - although this is to be expected in the Kings Cross area.

Very convenient for Kings Cross, good standard of accommodation. Staff particularly good at breakfast time.
Television reception was awful but as I was there overnight only it didn't really matter.

very friendly staff; I asked for a quiet room and got it (a free upgrade no less!); lovely lady doing the breakfasts (which are great); a lift which is good if you have heavy bags; location is handy; very nice clean bathroom and comfy bed.

It's clean, comfortable, the staff are efficient and friendly, and it's in a convenient location. The left-luggage facility is a God-send when you've just travelled down on the train and are having a few days stay. Surprisingly, considering its location (only 200m from Kings Cross station), there is very little noise. Security is reasonable as well. The only thing I would mark this down for is the lack of restaurant/bar - but there's no shortage of places to eat nearby." (99023896)
