Landmark London, London - Reviews & Ratings"Apart from the above, we had an ok stay." (107212592)
hotel was overall good, very clean, great beds.
Room was not ready until 4 oclock, we were told it would be ready for 3, we had to wait in the lounge area, we had to wait a good 3/4 of an hour for our bags to arrive in our room. so we lost a good 2 hours of our 2 night stay. this had a knock on effect as we were going to see mama mia, we ended up running around to get there on time.

Landmark London, London - Reviews & Ratings"I have stayed at the Landmark twice now and will certainly use it again whenever I come down for a concert at the O2." (97093856)
Rooms are spacious, stylish and comfortable. I find the atmosphere in the hotel to be relaxed and unpretentious which is exactly what I want at the same time as getting luxurious surroundings.
Nothing to dislike.

Landmark London, London - Reviews & Ratings"Excellent service, wonderful area, great staff, beautiful decor, luxurious bath, large excess space room, well out-fitted with in-room entertainment, sublime selection in the mini-bar! Reasonabley priced for such a glamourous enviornment and room, peacful surroundings due to being in the NW1 area- but close to many fantastic pleasures! Overall feel gave us the impression the hotel's technology, staff, etc was very ahead of it's time but yet very reminiscant of what one would expect in the grand Victorian age...merely wonderful all around!!" Beautifully decorated room, amazing marble bathroom, luxurious and spacey!
The terrace from our room would have originally overlooked out onto a central garden within the building, but instead the hotel made the area into a large atrium by adding a glass rouff- so the room didn't really look outside and it felt a bit like being inside a box!

Landmark London, London - Reviews & Ratings"I have visited the Landmark many times for business meetings and events, but have never stayed there before. I was not disappointed. In fact, I found this hotel as close to perfect as any I've ever stayed in. In the middle of an extremely uncomfortable London heatwave, the air-conditioned comfort and calm on walking in was blissful. The room was well appointed, the food good, the leisure facilities good, the service absolutely excellent. And while expensive, the room rate was extremely competitive for a five-star London hotel (a four-star hotel just around the corner was asking more than double)." (99579249)
