Convenient for the venue I was attending
Remote control not working on Tv meaning I had to stand on a stool (once they had brought a stool to the room) to operate it. First night was very cold

I paid £130.00 for 2 nights for me and my daughter. i think I paid the right price we only used it as a base and only slept there. we are looking at universities so will need to stay over again will book this hotel again but I would ask for the same room as it was quiet and on the top floor." The sheets,bedding,towels & bathroom were very clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. room service was good they changed our towels & made the beds
The keys are handed in when you leave anyone entering the hotel could ask for a room key we were only asked our names once. We were on the 3rd floor the hall way carpets and the carpets in our room had lots of stains on.Very small breakfast room and breakfast well it was toast. The luggage room was not locked our train was not until 8.30pm. we had been xmas shopping although the receptionist said they do not let anybody other than guests in we could not take the chance in leaving our bags so open. it cost us another £8.00 each to leave our bags @ euston.

Checkin desk personnel were helpful. Good location.
We booked 2 rooms-My children's room- -problems-tv did not work so great nor did the shower-We did mention this to the staff but it still wasn't fixed for the second night. Our tv did not work so good either. The carpet was dirty throughout the hotel-need better pillows and matresses (could feel the springs)., Breakfast- choices of food to eat are not that great and a 9:30 closing time is too early

I've stayed in this hotel before and the staff are lovely, and it's in a very convenient location. The addition of fridges in the rooms is very useful for longer stays.
The only available single room was in the basement and the window was obscured by a wall. Hence rather a depressing and gloomy place to stay, though for one night it was bearable.

It is a good option for someone that wants to stay near to train and underground stations especially for a visitor that won't spend too much time inside the room but wants to visit London. Room was adequate, typical bed & breakfast type of hotel....
Room was not 100% clean, generally small and little noisy, generally expensive for the facilities that it provides

great location; very affordable; clean; couldn't check in early, but they had a luggage room to store our baggage (not secure but we didn't have any problems); decent breakfast (not fancy, but still good)
phone # on hotel website and booking website invalid; window in my room opened onto the ground level, but there was no screen or bars to secure it, so didn't feel comfortable leaving it open overnight (not a big deal, but would have been nice to have fresh air)

This hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the room we were in was very quiet. It had everything you needed, clean towels, tea and coffee facilities etc. The location was fine, within reasonable distance to the city centre, and the buses frequent.

many: Breakfast was terrible! The hotel is simply to expensive compared to the standard. i stay at hotels all over the world. And this stay is one I tells about. The fee should be no higher than 50 pound a night - compared to the standard.

Fairly cheap in comparison. Clean room.
Very indifferent staff. Small room. Insufficiently small breakfast room (had to wait for other guests to finish breakfast) with embarrassingly poor selection. Noisy street.

Got a room in the basement. Dirty and run-down hotel. Room extremely small and not even a desk in the room. On top of this there was a big rat in my room - left immediately and didn't stay the night.

excellent location for st pancras
no fax as described. wiring to television untidy and dangerous (mains terminated in a chocalate block). Paying gy credit card was subject to an additional fee.

Easy walking distance from Kings Cross tube station. Many restaurants and convenience shops in the area. Beds were comfortable.
Hotel staff did not appear knowledgeable about area dining. Room window was not sealed on the outside (only the inner window closed) which meant lots of traffic and outside noise in the room.

I thought the hotel was very poor, I actually booked the wrong night, the previous night to the one I stayed so I had to pay again but more. The room I mhad was on the top floor, badly decorated, poor lighting and furniture. I would never stay at the hotel again. I have stayed at bargin hotels in London before and I have to say none have been to the poor standard as the Arriva.
