Good hotel, friendly staff, simple booking process, great rate.
Unsure of benefit of upgrading to a 'superior' room. Not specified on website or at hotel.

Cleanliness, location, bag storage and friendliness of staff.
The bedroom was a bit cramped, as was the bathroom. 2 people staying in the room - only 1 towel of each size

Très belle chambre,moderne,propreté irréprochable; 2 nuits dans un calme total.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner pourrait être plus diversifié. La salle est un lieu de passage, dommage car la déco est très réussie.

hôtel bien décoré, bien agencé dans lequel nous nous sommes sentis bien apparence très soignée petit déjeuner délicieux et varié personnel de service très sympathique directeur très sympa!
accueil plus que moyen à notre arrivée à 2 heures du matin quelques tâches sur la moquette

Handy having fridge for cold drinks as room was stifling hot.
Asked for room beside our kids-we were put in a separte building! Asked for a twin bed for teenage boys - were given a double.Shower curtain fitted wrongly and toilet door couldnt close. Sink plug couldnt close.Disposable coffee cups and drinks not replaced or replenished after first day. Lifts tiny and often didnt work. Not enough food at breakfast and room very poor.
