Good location and bath filled in seconds!
Adequate, but sofa bed was not very comfortable. and room smelled of cooked food.

Location ideal for my meeting; friendly staff.
Common areas esp upstairs corridors scruffy and worn. Cheap fittings. Had somehow expected a double bed AND sofabed, maybe the description is slightly misleading.

Nice and spacious. Excellent kitchenette with everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable although being a small female I had some difficulty in opening out the bed.
I only gave a "good" mark against working order of facilities because the clothes drier was broken at one end so you couldn't hang anything on it. I'm afraid I did not report this but the room was 203.

Location. Kitchen facilities. Helpful staff. Clean
Rather small for four people travelling with a lot of luggage. No mirror in bedroom...difficult when we were all getting ready for a formal function. One in bathroom and one in living room (not available if being used as second bedroom)

Friendly and helpful staff
They did not tell us until after we checked in and paid for the rooms that we could have paid an excess of only £19 for an extra bed in a room. This would have saved us over £100!

Convenient location and clean
Did not like the fact that you had to 'construct' you own bed. The bed idea is aweful. Reception staff unhelpful.

Value for money. Clean and modern. Was initially put off by the sofa beds but they were extremely comfortable and I would definitely stay here again.

The Location
The room was small and there was not a proper bed, we were in a twin room so one of us slept on the sofa bed and the other on a camp bed.

The roll-out bed was hard and uncomfortable, and took up most of the available restricted space

To have a little kitchen with some appliances. Room relatively big (compared to other hotels).
I do not like wool blankets, it causes allergies in many people. Nowadays it is more confortable and higienic to have duvets

The check in service. The only comment from the person at the reception before checking whether the room is already available for check in was: It is a little bit early for check in... I think this is not a good service.

The apartments are superb! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
My only criticism relates to the sofa bed which could be made 100% more comfortable simply by providing additional pillows and blanket.

The hotel was centrally located and easy to find. The staff seemed friendly enough and most importantly, we are able to bring our dog with us.
The room did not actually come with a real bed. I would have assumed that a bed in a hotel room was assumed! What was there was a strange sort of sofa-bed that was possibly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the morning when we were about to go. We could have complained, but the time it would have taken to sort out just wasn't worth the effort. Also, since access to the parking is restricted, there is no where to legally park while checking into the hotel. I had to leave my wife with the car keep moving the car while no less than three traffic wardens attempted to give me a parking ticket.

As I've mentioned, the sofa bed was not a nice thing to find out upon arrival, rooms were quite dark and dingy feeling. Over all though, for the purpose of Saturday night, where we went out to socialise, location was perfect and the room didn't bother us to much as we weren't really in it. Location is great.
Having a sofa bed, not a double bed, this is not highlighted when booking otherwise we would not have booked this hotel.

Excelent location; cooking possibility (kitchen) in the room.
Too bad lighting in the room. There weren`t central ligt in the room. in spite of four lamps (wall lamp, table lamp, floor lamp), the lighting in the room was very bad.
