Barcelo Cologne City Center (ex Crowne Plaza), Köln - Reviews & Ratings"This is our 4th visit to this hotel because we were impressed by:- 1)the friendliness of the staff (the Filipino concierge gave us each an English newspaper and a music CD on our departure) 2)the quality and cleanliness of the rooms 3)the superb buffet breakfast - it is the best we have found in Cologne (we have stayed at 3 other, more expensive hotels)" (99554518)
Clean good sized rooms which are well appointed with hairdryer, ironing board (girlie essentials!) and kettle for hot drinks.

room a bit noisy, trouser press didn't work and was not mended when requested(twice)
