    location

NO HOT WATER... out of 10 showers you have, you might get one with hot water... good luck with that if you like hot water... an in the middle of the Italian winter, that was not fun at all! Staff unfriendly. Asked to chane/fix remote of TV. Although promised, it never took place.

"- Adapter for electric devices - The warm water is not lasting long - The water in the bathrom is not disappearing fast enough when taking a shower - All in all an ok standard with some small minuses - Very central" (97685660)

It is close to everything: 5 min walk to Roma Termini (airport connection by Leonardo Expressen), walking distance to Colloseum, Fontain de Trevi and shopping. Many small shops /pizzeries nearby. Ok standard for money. It is a budget hotel and we wanted to live to a budget price but close to the town center.

Breakfast is mostly white bread with sweat spreads and coffee. Not for a heavy breakfast eater. But ok as a start.

Hotel Giada, Rome - Reviews & Ratings

"The hotel is rated as 3 star. I do not know if this is normal for Rome but, as an experienced world traveller, I would not rate it at more than two stars. However, I looked at some hotels nearby whilst I was there and, indeed, three and four star hotels were vastly more expensive than this hotel. The rooms for my family were clean and appropriate but the showers were hard to get into. The toilet area was in fact a corner carved out of the room. Overall not bad, but definitely not three star." (97595700)

The hotel was quiet and the accommodation adequate. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The room was very small and the shower was adequate for a very thin stick insect.

the hotel is located a few minutes walk from the Termini station. Very sentral even to the best tourist sights like colosseum, Foro Romanum and shopping areas like Via Nationale and Via Corso. Good service overall. Also had some good restaurants in the street with good food and service.

Some off the equipment like hair dryer did not work. No international/english speaking tv channels.

"It would be good if hotels gave more information concerning the position, size and facilities in any room. I stayed three nights and I was travelling light. However there was no drawer space only a wardrobe. There was a desk (many hotels do not have one), and the room was a reasonable size. The hotel could save a little by not throwing away the bar of soap used, each day. One bar would have lasted me the three days!. But then they probably cannot win. Some customers might complain if not given a new bar each day!. I will not hesitate to recommend the hotel to family and friends, if offered at the reasonable price I paid. ..internet price. Standard rate as shown on the bedroiom door woould be too expensive. As experienced in many hotels around the world tv reception poor. Thank you though to all for a pleasant stay." (99153547)

The welcome, the service, the breakfast, cleanliness. It was quiet.Geographical position near to the railway station. Lighting in the room was good.

The single room was like so many hotels worldwide, on the inner paret over looking the courtyard..no view at all. The bed was a small single .
