"In the end good but only due to understanding staff & an upgrade. Overall a really bad ad for the hotel group, Montreau & Switzerland. Have a referendum & get smoking banned from the public area's & have bedrooms which are none smoking." (107140276)
Staff very helpful & did everything they could to help us .
The hotel needs a major refit, the lifts are a dissgrace the stair carpets are worn probably a health & safty issue. The managent should check out the comeptition. The bar area is dated, many areas of the hotel smell of cigar smoke on the first night our room was awful, smelly, dated bathroom. wooden floors in hotels are bad news from a sound point of view & god forbid the people above you don't take their shoe's off. Sound insulation between rooms is also poor, listening to CNN via next doors TV set is not what you want.
