The friendliness and efficiency of staff, the location so close to the lake and to the town centre, the balcony overlooking the lake where food and drinks were served
The noise of the trains, the lack of a refrigerator and tea making facilities in the room

price, noise from the nearby trams (even audible from lakeside rooms)

L'agrément du séjour
Le buffet du petit déjeuner ne comportant qu'un choix restreint de mets. Point trés négatif: Dans un pays réputé pour son chocolat, servir au petit déjeuner un récipient de lait + un sachet de chocolat en poudre, je trouve cela nadmissible, d'autant plus dans un hotel 4****. J'ai d'ailleurs signalé ce point à la réception. Il me semble que la moindre des choses aurait été de servir un chocolat préparé en cuisine.
