  "We booked one night early in the week and then three nights later in the week as we were traveling mid-week to visit relatives. Our first room was great, roomy and elegant with a big Jacuzzi tub and shower. I wish that we had known that the second room we were assigned was going to be a disappointment compared to the first, being much smaller with a small shower. The second room was less expensive as it turned out, and the better rooms were probably booked, and it was fine, but still a disappointment because I was expecting it to be like the first."   We liked the close proximity to the train and bus station in Verona and the accommodations were clean and pleasant and the staff helpful and polite.

  The bed was too hard.

  "Ce fut un excellent séjour, le personnel de l'hôtel a été très efficace. On est débité après avoir passé le séjour, ce qui est rassurant pour le voyageur, cette information ne figurait pas de façon assez évidente dans la confirmation de réservation, peut être en gras ce serait mieux?"   Hôtel très central, chambre impaccable.

  Pas de lit double, à ma demande de lit double, on nous a regroupé deux lits simples dans des draps doubles. C'est mieux que rien, mais un peu dommage pour le séjour en amoureux.
