Great pool, breakfast, room facilities. 10.00 o'clock last breakfast & 11.00 o'clock checkout.
I would like to have a separate switch for light over bathroom mirror, as in the night it's too light in there with both lights on (I'm nitpicking here!).

Clean, smart rooms, Lovely terrace, clean and well maintained leisure facilities
The only bad point is the amount of time taken to reply to your email enquiries. I sent one yesterday regarding this coming weekend, and have still yet to hear.

Best Western Falmouth Beach Hotel & Conference Centre, Falmouth - Reviews & Ratings"Okay. Would use a Best Western again but would prefer winter months so not too hot in bedroom." (108044332)
Nice spacious room and good breakfast. Pleasant helpful dining room staff.
Very hot to sleep in our room and none of us slept well. Opened top windows but no bottom ones to open. Also when checking in didn't feel that we were as welcome as we had been in the hotels we had stayed in the previous two nights.

Excellent bathroom Excellent breakfast Excellent leisure facilties Excellent lounge facilities - stunning view Supply of hot water was much better than most hotels I have used. Friendly and helpful staff
Bunk bed used by my 13-year old was weak - collapsed during normal use - luckily the bed underneath was not being used at the time. (The problem was resolved quickly, efficiently and to my satisfaction) Wireless connection to Internet did not extend to third floor.

Nice clean room with all that was needed for a single night stay. Very good leisure facilities with helpful staff.
Noisy from floor above when people were walking about and I would guess it was an air conditioning unit outside.

Best Western Falmouth Beach Hotel & Conference Centre, Falmouth - Reviews & Ratings"Our second visit to this hotel and once again we were lucky to secure a sea view room. (good views of the ships at anchor - bring binoculors if that sort of thing interests you!). Buffet breakfast excellent with hot & tasty food and hot plates which makes a change these days. A slight overbooking by the reception staff meant we chose to eat in the bar (rather than the 3 course carvery) but to be honest that turned out to be a better choice for us. Bar food arrived very quickly and was well presented, ample and tasty. An all round good experience at this hotel." (97164646)
Excellent position. Clean & nicely decorated room. Ample parking. Excellent breakfast, bar food quick, tasty and not overpriced.
Double bed a little too small

Decent room with good facilities (plenty of tea bags!). Good leisure facilities (sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi....).
The Hotel is on a number of different levels so, consequently, there were a lot of stairs to climb between the restaurant and the room in which I stayed.

Best Western Falmouth Beach Hotel & Conference Centre, Falmouth - Reviews & Ratings"Great welcome when we arrived. Staff were extremely friendly but professional. We requested an upgrade on arrival as the room hadn't got a sea view and were lucky enough to get one right on the top floor overlooking the beach. We have stayed at the Falmouth Beach before so we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. We had a very relaxing time in comfortable, quiet surroundings." (99425390)

The accommodation was clean.
My single room was really a single room. I only had a small suitcase and there was no space to store so it had to be left on the floor, blocking the way to the bathroom. There was nowhere else to put it.The general decor was ok but the room needed a bit of an update.

Best Western Falmouth Beach Hotel & Conference Centre, Falmouth - Reviews & Ratings"The stay was only an overnight stop because we couldn't get into our preferred hotel. However, the hotel is very tired and in desparate need of an upgrade. It was very smoky in the public areas which we had to pass through to check in. The bar staff were friendly but I was uncomfortable about having to shout my room number to the girl at the till even though I handed her the room card - luckily I didn't end up with the rest of the bar's bill on my room. This hotel is in beautiful location and could be fabulous, it is a shame that it is not." (99019614)
The view of the sea and the breakfast.
Very dated decor. Cold room with a radiator that didn't work. Tiny television and broken remote control. Badly presented bar snacks.

Best Western Falmouth Beach Hotel & Conference Centre, Falmouth - Reviews & Ratings"Its a good hotel overall with excellent facilities, the single rooms are very limited, however on m y previous stay I had a double room which was excellent. The showers on both stays were very poor with minimal flow of water. But i must say overall the hotel offers real value for money , plus the staff are very good - a pleasant change. I will use again" (99530573)

Best Western Falmouth Beach Hotel & Conference Centre, Falmouth - Reviews & Ratings"My stay was adequate, but the bedroom was poor and I was glad I only had to spend one night there. Considering it was a seafront hotel, my room had no view, and the dining room had no natural light, let alone a view. This was disappointing. I would consider staying there again because of the convenience, but not if I was looking for a great experience. Sorry." (99207845)
Location. Bed very comfortable. Bar food very good.
Dated furnishings, particularly bedroom decor and bathroom. Dining room dark and characterless and staff disinterested - not surprising in a room lacking totally in daylight.

Best Western Falmouth Beach Hotel & Conference Centre, Falmouth - Reviews & Ratings"Restariunt food good, but the 'crooner' was too loud, jokes often in poor taste. I would not have invited a business colleague to join me for dinner as the artmosphere would be inappropriate. As I needed to leave fo a meeting at 0700 hrs, I was not able to to use the breakfast restarount (opened @0715) so at the reception suggestion i left a room service breakfast order on the door handle @2300 hrs. This was not collected, I had no breakfast and no assistance was offered. On presentation of the account it included braekfast and I had to negotiate a reduction which was not offered." (99730188)
Neede binoculars to see the TV, small 15 model set below bed level. Bathroom small, narrow.

Best Western Falmouth Beach Hotel & Conference Centre, Falmouth - Reviews & Ratings"Hotel was nice and the location was great. We had a problem with one of windows closing, told the front desk about it twice and nothing was done, don't even think they took a look at it. Needless to say, it was Dec, so the room was cold by the morning and we had to listen to the wind coming off the ocean all night. Would have understood if they were full and could not fix the window and could not move us because they were full but ignoring the problem is unacceptable. The bathroom had hairs on floor that didn't belong to us and some of the caulking was hanging off the shower that was too small for a male to turn around in. The worst part was the bed, I would expect a youth hostel to purchase higher end mattresses." (99117595)

Clean spacious room with good facilities. The hotel's communal areas were good, especially the enforced no smoking areas.
The bar service was a little slow. There was no salad offered at the carvery

"I really enjoyed my stay in Falmouth, and I am sure that if you had taken the precausion of warn people of the number of stairs in your Website, I could have ensured a room lower down or perhaps stayed at the Penmere Hotel, nearby." (107487849)
The food was good, the staff were all pleasant and helpful when asked anything, the evening entertainment was also good.Everthing was clean and tidy and it was very relaxing.
The room was never big enough for two, there was no more than four square metres of floor splace, I bumped my head when I got out of bed because of the sloping ceiling. We are both in our 70s so it was no fun after getting out of the lift, to have to climb 40 steps to our room especially on arrival with cases to carry. when I told them at reception, the answer I got was "why didn't you ask for someone to carry your cases" But we didn't know there were 40 stairs to climb until we finally got there. The television was only visable from the bed, it was supposed to play radio as well but did not work, and the shower did not work, the water came out like a hose with no spray at all, I did not report this as we had an alternative. The last thing I wanted to do was start complaining while we were there because I didn't want to spoil my wifes birthday.I had no intention of complaining, but you did ask for my views on my stay.
