The facilities were excellent and the staff was very pleasent. Considering the location and last minute reservation I was extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend the web-site and the hotel to friends in the future.

Hyllit Hotel, Antwerp - Reviews & Ratings"Sind 10min. im Aufzug stecken geblieben. Das kann in jedem Hotel passieren. ABER: Nachdem das Personal die Aufzugstür geöffnet hat (wir saßen zwischen 2 Stockwerken fest), gab es weder eine Entschuldigung noch wurde uns Hilfe angeboten Seitens des Personals angeboten aus dem Schacht rauszuklettern. Ich musste mir selber die Leiter schnappen, die der Hotelangestellte bei sich hatte!!! " (107828535)
Teile des Personals völlig unmotiviert.

"The hotel is well located in Antwerp - being a short walk from the main tourist attractions. The hotel is crisp and clean, with very large well appointed rooms. Breakfast was reasonable and the staff were very helpful. Overall a very pleasant weekend break in a vibrant city!" (97594374)
Lovely hotel in excellent location. Room was probably the largest I've stayed in!
Would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities in the room
