  - wireless expensive but ultra slow - payed 15eur for wireless it is unpleasant that only one customers' pc can use it, it should be offered to all pcs in the room - woke up in the morning by alarms going on forever and a lot of similar noise by other customers - cannot put the "do not disturb room" on because the door is done in such a way that from the interior if one puts it on the door it will always fall

  "it was nice overall, fantastic sofas!" (108004437)

  very clean & comfortable, plenty of room in the living area/bedroom. some staff very polite & friendly.

  kitchenette area a little cramped but hardly needed as we ate out mostly. it's not really within comfortable walking distance of Grand Markt (city centre) but there is a tram&metro 5min walk away. some staff not very polite or friendly.

  El apartamento era muy amplio, habitación sala y cocina. La cocina estaba equipada con todo.

  ¿Por que no hacen la habitacion en el Benelux? Me ocurrio lo mismo en Amsterdam...

  Roomy, well equiped

  Midi station needs better security but that is not a reflection on this Hotel

  spacious, clean, well decorated

  reception is not open 24hrs and did not know alot about the local area.

  Nice brand new building, beautiful decor of the suit, comfortable bed. Everything is fresh, sparkling clean and well designed. We enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. It felt like home.

  acceuil super personnel super et en fait tout etait parfait

  c est l endroit mais ca vous n en pouvez rien a oui une meileure isolation des chambres (désolé a nos voisins )lol
