  "Room was good, service was not. " (108111292)

  Spacious room, heaters were working sufficiently, magazines available therein, clean and bright bathrooms.

  I had a mouldy toast and there was very poor service recovery (if any). The girl at the check-in reception also had a surly attitude.

  Very clean, central location in Lyndhurst. Good facilities in large room. Comfortable bed with quality linens.

  Shower temperature varied. Jacuzi bath jets were a bit smelly.

  we were placed in an annexe which was in a house next door which we considered to be odd having no where to off the street to park and having to walk from the annexe to get our breakfast and dinner at night plus we had to give them a nights deposit on arrival not very trusting

  rooms were clean and central to town

  hotel brochures in room 2 years out of date.have to order your evening meal well before you want to eat.portions very small not great value for money. breakfast was passable

  location, ease of access to the new forest,bus stop & local town. Spacious room, breakfast made to order, spa bath, pretty building,friendy staff

  Stairs to narrow and steep, creeky floors and bed was uncomfortable, Breakfast not worth the charge, room too hot, Coffee making facilities were very very poor.

  "the hotel was great except for it`s position on a main road,we would`ve liked a radio and an clock in the room." (97186844)

  the massive bed was great!!!!!

  our room was at the front of the hotel which was on the main road into lyndhurst.
