Friendly and helpful staff from reception to cleaners.
Same breakfasts (omelettes every morning) could have done with eggs scrambled/fried etc and no bananas available.

"Venice is expensive, but we expected that. Glad we went in October because it must be very crowded in Summer. we had a balcony, which was very pleasant. It was worth paying for a better room at this hotel." (107650922)
Very convenient in the centre of Venice. Interesting view from the window of the Gondolire basin where constant activity was amusing. Quiet at night. Bed very comfortable and large.
Air conditioning poor. Bar very expensive.
