Best Western Forest Lodge Hotel, Lyndhurst - Reviews & Ratings"If I had known that the hotel was so tired I would not have made the booking. Some of the staff had not got a clue e.g. wanting to leave the cooked breakfast on the table albeit I still had half a bowl of cereal to eat" (99801914)
Location
The standard of the decor and general cleanliness was poor. The room had an an odour [drains]and in short it simply was not value for money.

"Great hotel, friendly service and a great base to explore the New Forest" (108514590)
very clean room, prompt and friendly service, close to centre of Lyndhurst, provision of good travel cot for our 10 week old, ground floor room requested and recieved
although the room had been renovated recently, although not uncomfortable I think the beds were a little dated (linnen was fine)
