"Would use again when visiting London as good quiet location but near to Euston Station." (107552017)

Very clean and staff were very helpful when checking in and serving breakfast. Liked the availability of coffee and fruit juice all day.

TV when used gave feedback so not able to have it on. Would have liked a seating area downstairs for the use of guests other than the dining room area. Room small but adequate for the stay and a London Hotel - maybe a bit shabby.

"Good value for money in a very expensive city. Have stayed at another hotel in the same area which was not as nice." (108118544)

Very conveniently located to where the Eurostar arrives & close to several subways. The hotel was clean, staff friendly & helpful, breakfast good.

No elevator which is hard for over 60s when you are on the top floor.

Good location, pleasant area, easy for getting around.Clean and tidy, slightly noisy from student accomodation across the square.Staff 100%.

Staff is kind, hotel and room are clean

Sheets for twinbed only once renewed. Even when, the 4th day there was a blood stain on the sheet, the sheet was only changed after I asked for and after an unnecessary discussion with the staff. Bed too small and matrass with springs (when one sleeper moves a little bit the other moves along)

"Beautiful hotel in a lovely crescent. Very central for our seminar venues. Although not in the more expensive area of London it would still be very convenient for any tourist who was looking for ease of getting around the main London attractions." (107433045)

The room was clean and of a reasonable size. The staff were very friendly and even provided us with breakfast slightly earlier on Sunday morning to make it possible for us to reach our seminar venue on time.

    "Good" (108902738)

    Thought staff were excellent

My only quibble would be that there were not enough tables at brekfast time. In our case it didn`t matter as we weren`t in a hurry but it could be difficult if a guest was catching a train etc. Perhaps more smaller tables would be better.

Quiet area, atractive building with lovely view park view. Tea, coffee and and newspapers available all day. Staff friendly and helpful.

Occasional noise at night. Our double room was small (but lovely high ceiling).

"Despite the bad stuff, the good stuff more than made up for it. It was overall a really good place to stay and we would definitely recommend the place to our friends." (107542415)

Friendly staff, decent and clean room. Good breakfast, nice surroundings/neighborhood.

can be a bit noisy at night despite living on the highest floor. The water pressure is on the low side and there is no lift to bring us up.

"I was very happy with the location and would stay there again - earplugs can block most of the noise mentioned above" (107584171)

Excellent breakfast and clean bathrooms and location to public transport

A little noisy more on weekends when late night visitors return as all noise from the street is easily heard in the rooms - location also means there is a lot of siren noise from police / ambulances

No real bad points, only issuewas having to climb thre flights with luggage. As we have stayed there before and then also had the third floor hope hext time to perhaps be on first or second? There is no lift. No problem without luggage but certainly a help then.

Very clean; tea/coffee making facilities in room; room warm and quiet.

Towels rather thin altho' this is nit-picking.

"All part of Rip Off Britain, I'm afraid. I've had better facilities at UK seaside towns for less than half the price. Not sure how the hotel was given 3 stars unless it was out of 10 (or more)" (107138965)

    Breakfast was OK

Very noisy (wooden floors outside of rooms is not a good idea) No mention when booking that the rooms were not en-suite. Very, very basic facilities (10" tv with partial working remote and 4 channels).

"Cramped and we missed breakfast because it was not served until after 8.00 am." (108055099)

The family room in this hotel is down a narrow flight of stairs, in the basement, not served by a lift and only just capable of accomodating the beds with no space for circulation. In addition an hotel which caters for travellers (close to three main line stations) and does not serve breakfast until after 8.00 am is not providing a good service.

"Enjoyed my stay and would definately use the hotel again when coming to London" (97732925)

Everything was very good - staff were excellent and the room very comfortable. Easy access to the underground and the whole of London. Went to Wembley with no complications at all.

The only bad point I would mention is that the cold water tap didn't run cold water - it was hot and you had to run it for a few minutes to get cold water.

Excellent breakfasts. Courteous staff. Room kept clean.

Wireless internet frequently unavailable. Water pressure for shower very low on 4th floor. A second fan would have been very helpful, because of the heat.

Room would benefit from updating the beds looked like camp/prison beds although weren't as uncomfortable as they looked.

"I would like to have known about the tennis court that is available nearby before I came. However I have made a follow up booking and if possible will bring my tennis racket. I would use this hotel as my first choice when staying in this area. It is small and friendly. I have already recommended it to colleagues who have also already booked their next stay." (97481082)

Very clean, good appropriate furniture ie deep drawers all in good condition. Fans, hairdryers etc all in the room. Cooked breakfast in the price. Very efficient staff at all times, and very helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient place just a short distance from Kings Cross Station yet in a quiet area, ideal.

Nothing that I disliked, but would have liked some fruit available at breakfast.
