  "A clean, comfortable, hotel, good facilities, excellent breakfast, warm and friendly staff, very helpful. Good location for ease of access to tubes/buses etc. " (107832349)

  Clean room, good facilities for tea making etc., mini bar stocked but very expensive! Breakfast good with wonderful staff. In fact all staff were great and helpful and friendly. Bed very comfortable!

  Only one minor point was when i left a charger in my room i rang and asked them to check and heard nothing but when i went to pick up my luggage the concierge was very kind and checked and rang me back as soon as was possible, though it was not good news as the nokia charger was not recovered. I have since returned home and i definately do not have it so somewhere between my check out and asking the hotel it has gone missing! Rather upsetting.

  Good helpful and helpfull staff and facilities.. on hand to help out evening staff helped as needed business centre - which was at a resaonable rate. also helped me find a power adaptor when needed

  non.. except had to leave and did not have time to use pool

  extensions almost impossible

  It was very close to conference centre. Also, it was surrounding by many resteraunts and bars. Furthermore, the room was bright and airy.

  Due to it being a weekend, the queues for check in and check one were at times, time consuming.

  position - close to the convention I was going to

  room and hotel in general needs renovation, check in staff is not as well mannered as I would expect. Concierge service not up to standards.
