Hotel De La Ville, Milan - Reviews & Ratings"I would have known that the swimming pool is very very shallow. I invited two friends in my room (to have a drink) and they were asked by the staff of the hotel their identity cards. We had to fight to have two bathrobes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's a four stars hotel for god's sake." (99245440)

terrible le chauffage dans la chambre et dans l'Hotel impossible de le regler orrible l'odeur en provenance de la salle de bains arrogant le personnel à la concirgerie

first room assigned #525 was a JOKE dirty small, no access to terrace and windows NOT to be opened & the front desk person knew it requested another room & was taken to room #125 MUCH better so why didn't you put me there 1st???? Cleaning lady was GREAT as were the conciege desk the breakfast staff were GREAT! other than that I suggust you retrain the rest of your staff.
