Personal beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Personal bei Reseption konnte nur italienisch. Bruchteile von Englisch.

beautiful place, most staff nice and helpful, not all.
the possibility of pre-purchasing vouchers would be helpful as the hotel doesn't take Amex or Diners
