"Loved it and will stay again." (108037230)

Fabulous Hotel, clean great rooms loved the location and the staff were wonderful! I have traveled to Scotland many times and stayed in several hotels and by far the Albion was the best yet and that is because the staff made me feel welcome right away. Thank you for making it a fabulous weekend away!

The only down part, on the top floor you can hear everything from the ground floor! Phone, people talking and everyone coming and going, that was the only down part!

Nice room, very good and great breakfast, near to nice restaurangs, 20 minutes walk to the center, easy to find free parkingplaces nearby.

Few TV-chanals, little bit cold in the morning as elsewhere in hotels in Britain.

Convenient & pleasant location - good variety of eating places nearby; easy to get to City centre via underground. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast room somewhat crowded at weekend. I was unable to send data via telephone line, although there were internet connections available.

"Would not have booked this accommodation - had I been informed that it was attic accommodation, or alternatively would have requested ground or first floor accommodation." (3304509119)

Clean, good breakfast - excellent staff.

No window in room, poor temperature control, bulbs falling out of sockets or not working - basically 2nd storey attic accomodation that is extremely difficult to lug a case to.

    quiet and convenient

We had to change rooms because the toilet ran all night. Although a modem is supposed to be available in each room, this is through the telephone and costs 20p per minute! Wireless would be a great benefit.

Clean and comfortable room, although a bit noisy. They also have biscuits and a kettle in each room.

Unfriendly recepcionist, and not very good breakfast. They didn't have shower gel in the bathroom.

"This is a very good hotel. In other recent reviews some people criticized low water pressure in the shower.- This is not he case. (In my opinion you don't blow the dirt away from your skin with high water pressure, but you use the water for washing / and help with a little bit of soap.) The shower is completely o.k. for normal use." (2938622)

"great location, quiet and lovely. 2 min walk from kelvinpark underground. Max five quid for a taxi from centre of glasgow back to hotel. Bed was amazingly comfy, and even though we were in room1 next to front door, we were not disturbed too much. Breakfast was delicious. NOTE - advise hotel reception if you do not want the room cleaned the following day. I believe the maid tried to get in around 11am. Also hotel is completely non-smoking." (2762101)

    confortable bed, good location.

The shower was like someone lightly spitting on my head. More power please! Also, if the hotel could provide do not disturb signs, so the maid doesn't come a'knocking at the door, and trying to get in while you're still lying in bed.
