Golden Tree Hotel, Bruges - Reviews & Ratings"Disappointed that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms - only available at extra cost through reception when it was open. On Sunday evening soon after 19.00 hours tried to contact reception by phone and by ringing the bell on the counter but no reply!!" (97748307)

Golden Tree Hotel, Bruges - Reviews & Ratings"Our stay could have been better handled. We were given a room which the owner knew had a faulty shower but without any apology or explanation until we questioned the matter (and still no apology even then). No option of a discount or room change. Pleasant hotel but not somewhere we would return. Whilst the hotel was not expensive, we would still expect the basics to be delivered at this price." Recently decorated room. Comfortable bed. Pleasant breakfast
Small room by a main road with noticeable traffic noise. Broken shower and non-functioning bath taps. Generally brusque attitude of owner. Chased out of room for room service to take place when we were trying to take a relaxing break.

Great location, free parking, studio was spacious which we stayed, spacially Dining room was gorgeous, & The staff were friendly
Breakfast would be nice if they have great choice and toaster wasn't broken!
