London Bridge Hotel, London - Reviews & Ratings"Only very brief stay but enjoyable and very easy to get to Wembley Arena which was why we chose this hotel." (108213855)
Check in and out very quick and efficient - friendly staff. Easy access to London Bridge station.
Bar should stay open longer. We didn't get back from Wembley Arena until after 11pm and so had to have a quick drink in nearby All Bar One. Would have been nicer to go straight back to hotel for drink.

London Bridge Hotel, London - Reviews & Ratings"Fair, we loved the location though would need a good incentive to stay at the London Bridge hotel again given our broader experience throughout our stay and comparing the hotel to others in London. " (107932694)
Great to get upgraded to a larger room. The room and furniture was very comfortable.
We really went to have a restful, leisure break to get over working long hours recently and enjoy a couple of trips to the theatre. On the first night of our stay the first alarm went off frequently between 1am and 4am which made a good night's sleep impossible. On the same night, when we asked the concierge to order us a taxi he said we would be better to get the tube as he would have to wait 45 minutes in the rain to get us a cab. We went outside ourselves and got one in two minutes. On the next evening, when we returned from the theatre, we were also surprised at how basic the room service was after 11.00 and could only get a cold sandwich. No mini bar in the room and bad lighting facilities.

London Bridge Hotel, London - Reviews & Ratings"We enjoyed our stay. No complaints" (107570234)
The London Bridge Hotel is an establishment that looks and is well cared for. The room was immaculate. The breakfast offered various options, was plentiful and tasted good.
Charging extra for kippers?

London Bridge Hotel, London - Reviews & Ratings"It was just in the right place for our stay, Close to the mainline train and the local tube station. Easy to get into town for some shopping. Very easy to get to the O2 for our evening out. The room was clean, well-equiped and comfortable. The other hotel facilities were modern, clean and the staff helpful and friendly. All in all a perfect choice for our stay." (97072745)
The location was perfect.
Our only critism was a slight delay in getting all of the components of our full english breakfast at the same time!

London Bridge Hotel, London - Reviews & Ratings"Very few complaints. The hotel is in a good central location near a tube and mainline station, the staff are pleasant and efficient, the rooms very comfortable if not particularly spacious. The only real negative is the breakfast - the food itself is ok but the room is just too small for the numbers at peak times and the buffet area is inexplicably crammed into a corner." (97697242)
Bright, stylish hotel in good location. Remarkably quiet despite being next to a busy station.
The breakfast room is too samll and gets overcrowded easily - they need to rethink this.

London Bridge Hotel, London - Reviews & Ratings"Disappointed! This was meant to be a Valentines Romantic Break in a luxury 4 star hotel but it was just a let down and made us both feel deflated as soon as we got there. The Superior Double Room was tiny and there was no other rooms available. The fire alarm kept going off on Saturday night, reception took ages to answer the phone and weren't particularly helpful, the same can be said for the concierge. And then on Sunday morning after a night out the maid walked in our room and woke us up at 9am. All in all this hotel didn't have a friendly or welcoming atmosphere and I definitely wouldn't return. The only thing I would say was the food was good!" (97739391)
The decor was modern and in good taste.
The Superior Double Room was tiny! It was basically a bed with a table and drawers - not much room to walk around in. The double bed was also very small!

London Bridge Hotel, London - Reviews & Ratings"Our stay was only brief - the hotel was adequate for our needs, the room was small but clean and the staff, although polite, were not overly helpful." (97988831)
Only one bath towel in room. Queueing for breakfast. Being asked if we wanted tea or coffee and toast as we were shown to a table, but having to then wait 10 to 15 mins before being served with the tea and toast!

London Bridge Hotel, London - Reviews & Ratings"was a most enjoyable experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Absolutely no problem in letting us book in early to our room as we were on a tight time schedule to see a matinee show. The rooms were well equipped and very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend a meal in the malaysian restaurant - where the staff were amazing." (97313003)

Good location, clean, exceptional service from the staff, spacious room (executive room), incredibly comfortable bed, the security at night time (the front door is locked and just ring to be let in by the night attendent) and a delicious breakfast the next morning!
Although our room was very nice and there was nothing wrong with it at all, we also had friends staying in the hotels who's rooms it appeared had been newly refurbished - this is in no way a complaint it would just have been nice if they had all been (I'm really picking holes here!) as the re-furbished rooms were beautiful.

The room was unusually spacious and well stocked with all the gadgets and accessories you could hope for, from a trouser press to bath robes.

Style of hotel, location, breakfast was good too. Room was small but very stylish and bathroom fittings were good quality and worked well.
The bed. It was old and we could feel the springs. The quality of the pillows was poor too.

London Bridge Hotel, London - Reviews & Ratings"Altogether an excellent hotel. Very well placed next to London Bridge station and close to Borough Market. In spite of its central location there was little noise. Staff very helpful and informative. Our room was in the new wing and of excellent size and decor. We stayed with friends and their rooms were somewhat smaller in the older part of the hotel, but still beautiful. We are already planning our next visit!" (3304477437)

London Bridge Hotel, London - Reviews & Ratings"We stayed overnight as we were having dinner and going on to a club afterwards. This hotel offered a pretty decent executive room (a bit small, but hey, this is London). Facilities were as described, so we got what we expected. Breakfast was a bit disappointing - we arrived at the point when the buffet need to be replenished but was not. Overall, a pleasant stay." (99844690)
Central location. Good access to sights, restaurants, theatres, etc.
Lifts were very slow. We ended up walking to our room most times.

London Bridge Hotel, London - Reviews & Ratings"Excellent hotel, very convenient to transport and sight-seeing. Although the room was a bit on the small side it contained everything you would need - ironing board, hairdrier, minibar, tea making etc. Also had lots of storage and the BEST lighting - extra reading lamps over the bed and dressing table. Nice bathroom and the most comfortable hotel bed ever! Complimentary bottled water replaced daily. Efficient air-con if the room was too warm. Extremely friendly and helpful staff (especially in the dining room)and great breakfast. The cleaning staff were unusually quiet and unobtrusive even though they started early. Overall quiet hotel, inside and out, day and night." (3305354709)
