Clean,comfortable hotel. Check-in staff very friendly. Extremely helpful and welcoming staff in the dining room, especially the female staff they just go that extra mile in ensuring that you get that warm jug of tea, with a smiling face.

check in was quick and easy.The staff were friendly. Check ouy was late which was great.
The door to the mens locker room.When the door is opend you can see stright in to the changing area where people could be standing naked.The door is located on the main walk way to the gym and the pool.

The reception area and bar was very pleasant
very very dated and needs modernising. The romm service staff kept knocking my room door which was annoying as they kept getting the wrong door number. Also the cleaner was knocking the door at 11 and we were not even out of the room and didnt need to be until 12pm at the latest. Was put in a smoking room initially even though i requested non-smoking and the room was disgusting and smelly soi requested to be moved to a non smoking which is what i asked for anyway

the porter was very helpful. Breakfast was ok
The receptionist was not helpful, having assured me that we were booked into a double room, it was twin, the second room was dank and frankly AWFUL, and the third room was adequate. The noise from the coaches from early on Sunday morning did not help my temper, being woken up by continuous loud running engines at 7am is not a good move!

excellent value for money,very well maintained and cleaned, breakfast was very good and professional staff.My collegue and I were very contended with the service and will definately recommend or rebook again. The online booking was very smooth and prompt.
As a three star hotel I think it will be nicer to provide hair shampoo and cream bath.

High quality hotel with freindly polite staff.
I think that perhaps a polite notice in the room about keeping the tv volume down between certain hours would be useful as I was kept awake both nights with a very loud tv until 5am !

Need to go into hotel to get a token to enter hotel car park.

Very comfortable room. Excellent room service.

Spacious Rooms. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Staff are considerate, very friendly and helpful.
Outside view is not great due to construction in next door building. Car Park barrier bar will drop down and hit your car if you stop there a little longer. e.g waiting to see if the road ahead is clear.

The stay was very short... so hard to comment on good or bad points.
When booking the hotel .. it was for 2 adults and 1 child aged 14... You would not accommodate this. I ended up having to pay for 2 rooms and not only that but the Child was too you to stay in a room on her own.. So you don't compensate for families.....

It was the most disgusting sandwich i have ever had, with little chicken, tons of mayonnaise and nothing else. It was impossible to eat, and it cost £6.95. I vowed not to order anything else to eat in the hotel. The parking card that had to be renewed every 4 hrs was inconvenient.Staff lacked motivation and did not greet or exchange pleasantries. Convenient for shopping and near by to visiting my son
no lift from car park for ease of transporting luggage to hotel reception/room. Having to climb stairs with heavy cases could cause someone to have an accident.

Croydon Park Hotel, London - Reviews & Ratings"I booked this hotel because it was convenient for where I was working and it fitted the bill adequately. The room was reasonable in size, the bed very comfortable, and the shower very effective. And somehow I never seemed to have to wait more than about five seconds for a lift, whether going up or down. On the downside, the heating/air-con was very noisy, and the gym was rather pokey with poorly maintained equipment - the rowing machine in particular. The swimming pool was reasonable, though - not generous, but big enough to swim in, unlike some hotels. However, the price was a little high for the quality of facilities provided." (97828437)

Queen size luxury bed and crisp linen
dated facilities, we had to move rooms because the sink was blocked. Building works arround the hotel awoke us early at 7 am on the Saturday morning.
