great choice for breakfast beautiful fittings in the room,very comfortable bed, spacious communal areas, totally up to date gym and lovely spa pool.
a panel in the bathroom was quite dirty with something that looked like sick, I did mention it at the front desk

No dressing gown. Essential in a business hotel No magnifying mirror. Again, women like this! Water in the bedroom would be pleasant Unacceptably slow service in private dinner

Very good leisure centre. We had fitness centre to ourselves. Excellent breakfast included.
Had to pay £5 per hour to use internet.

Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
Desk lamp didn't work properly - but this was promptly sorted out by a replacement being taken from another room.

all required and efficient
breakfast hot food as in many similar set ups fails to keep hot - this appears to be a generic failing of the buffet system the table cloth was not clean ie had not been changed or poorly washed - a single blip -

It would have been good to be able to have a snack after 10.30p.m. but were told that this would not be possible! Breakfast was good, ample choice and the cooked food was hot and plentiful." Modern, clean, comfortable beds and good facilities.
Would have liked the opportunity for room service after theatre trip.

The room was well furnished with modern TV screen/radio system. Rooms seem quite well soundproofed - I heard nothing from either outside or the corridor during my stay. Only negative was no restraunt on the night time and breakfast was very poor, cooked food & fresh fruit was done to a very poor standard and member of staff doing breakfast tried to put us on a table that had not been cleared away properly, despite several other clean tables being available." Room was excellent, very modern & spacious.
Breakfast was poorly organised & food was vey poor. No restraunt on Saturday night!

Due to being a bank holiday, the kitchen was not open for evening meals, nor were bar meals available! Only sandwiches. We had to drive a number of miles to find a place to eat.
