1. the welcome at reception was professional and warm, V. speaks perfect English and is a good hostess. She did not mind our poor efforts at Portuguese. 2. the room was clean and pleasant. 3. the hotel is in a convenient location for visiting Lisboa, metro, airport, walking, etc. 4. despite being on a busy roundabout, the windows barred all noise.
