  "Overall, it was very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and room was cleaned daily. The noise from the tram was bearable when the windows is closed. Few good restaurants nearby. City centre short tram ride away or good 20 mins walk." (99315061)

  Hôtel très confortable, bien situé ( à 1 mn de l'arrêt de tram, et donc 5 mn de Stare Mesto ) Petit déjeuner-buffet très varié, très copieux, personnel accueillant et serviable (sauf le manager !)

  Dernier jour, un problème de connexion bancaire ne m'a pas permis de régler ma chambre avec ma carte visa, ma banque, contactée par téléphone, a proposé plusieurs solutions de réglement, qui ont toutes été refusées par le manager : j'ai donc du retiré la somme correspondante au guichet de la banque voisine et payer mon séjour en liquide ! Le manager n'était absolument pas coopératif. Dommage, car cet hôtel est excellent par ailleurs.
