clean room, hot water and adequate shower. up tp date tv. Clean towels.
very steamy bathroom, need more powerful extractor fan. couln't use mirror in bathroom after using shower. Needed a mirror above the table so could sit and use for make up and hair. needed the hair dryer and plug sockets nearer to table. no shower cap provided. Towels a little tired.

All staff polite and helpful.Rooms spacious and clean.We were able to get a good nights sleep as the beds were comfy.Breakfast was varied and suited every ones needs.
We was disturded by ?drunk guests walking down the corridor making loud enough noise to wake us at 2am and we are sure others as well.Needed some more ordinary milk .

Good breakfast facilities, clean hotel throughout, staff were friendly.
Hotel didn't have records of our booking in their system, this prolonged check-in process considerably. This problem led to our room having some sort of industrial machinery in it when we got there, which the staff (who don't knock and just enter your room) came to take away not long after arriving. Not enough towels to begin with, one big towel and a couple tiny ones.

Excellent location, staff, facilities etc
Could not book this hotel stay as part of the Premier Inn sale of rooms, which was disappointing. I have complained, as recommended in the press.

The room was clean, tidy, in good order and had a comfortable bed. The hotel provided a good quality breakfast at a reasonable price. A small but adequate LCD TV in the room provided all the basic 'FreeView' channels.
Not a single draw in the whole room! I wonder where you are expected to keep your socks and underwear - other than in your suitcase! Also, there was no wardrobe - just an open hanger rail.

We were very impressed with the politeness and general helpfulness of all the staff. The hotel was clean and in good decorative order, generally good value for money and the breakfasts were a real highlight.

The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was sufficient and for a good price (7.95 GBP) for both my daughter and me. Our room was on the fifth floor and distant from Euston road, so it was very quite. The air-conditioning worked perfectly although fan speed could not be controlled. Location is excellent – bus and tube stations are a few minutes away by foot, but if you are not afraid of walking, city center is not that far away either.
I ordered a twin room for me and my daughter, but the beds were not equally wide: there was a double bed and a single bed. Instead of closets there were a few insufficient open shelves, which made us keep most of our clothes in the suitcases. Although it was a twin room (and relatively a spacious one) there was only one chair. TV screen was indeed flat as promised but small. There was no mini bar nor a small refrigerator in the room (none was promised, but still it was disappointing). But the greatest disappointment was when all of the guests were evacuated since the fire alarm was set off on Sunday at 3:00am! We all stood out there in the cold while a staff member was reading room numbers out loud to make sure everyone was out, and kept doing so even after the firemen who had checked the building already left it, since no fire was detected. Management did slip an apology note later on, but that did not include the reason for the bizarre event. I was told by the receptionist in the morning that someone was smoking in the room in contradiction with hotel policy. I found it outrageous that the hotel chose the worst possible approach to resolve the issue and evacuated all of the guests instead of focusing on the delinquent dwellers. When asking about why the staff member kept on reading room numbers after the firemen had left the building, I was told these were hotel regulations.

Staff very helpful and courteous,hotel very clean,location excellent for transport transfers etc.
We stayed for three nights and found the lack of storage space a problem,there was a very limited amount of hanging space and no drawer space whatsoever.Being a couple we found this a problem,also as regards tea,coffee,milk,sugar etc it was very poor the amount that was left in room.

Very pleasant receptionist. Room as one would expect.
Restaurant for dinner understaffed. Service quite hopeless. After being totally ignored for 20 minutes we left and went to a local restaurant. Only one set of towels in a double room.

Check-In and Restaurant Staff were efficient and friendly. Food was hot and there was plenty of it. The room was clean and comfortable although I did not try the bed as shown by the participants in the advert.
There were only two down points(i)the overall temperature of the hotel was a little too hot and we were not able to open the windows in our room for fresh air. We appreciate that the hotel uses air-conditioning throughout but even with this we felt we needed fresher air to releive the stuffiness and (ii) we booked into the hotel at around 1500hrs and went to our room. Approximately 20-30 minutes later we left again to attend a function and did not return until approximately 2330hrs. We walked straight through the front entrance and headed to the lifts, at no time were we asked to show proof that we were staying at the hotel. Even though the lifts were controlled by card on the ground floor it still left the stairs available for anyone to gain access to other areas of the hotel.

Convenient to main stations.
Air conditioning control faulty. On hottest night of the year it was either on with fans at full blast or off - nothing in between.

Location is ideal. We travelled by train that terminated at Euston. The hotel is a very short walk away from the station, and is close to Euston Underground.

when I asked to have a late check out i was forced to come down to the receiption, not showered, half naked and unshaved,in order to pay the additional charge of £25 instead of having me paying this upon my check out, and not even an apology from any of the about 8 staff that were behind the receiption desk at the time when i came down, staring at me unfortunately this spoiled an otherwise nice weekend
