"I have stayed in other hotels and your balance is usually REFUNDED when leaving BUT,was SHOCK that i can not get a refund of my balance at Amary Simart Hotels. It would interest you to know that the hotel is owing me a balance of 177 euros,being the payment of 3nights which was not spent at the hotel as i have to cut my holiday short due to emergency at home. I would not book any hotels in future that will not REFUND for nights not stayed in. Thanks,Alan." (99299264)
