  "Was a very bad experience. We have stayed at other Novotel hotels in other parts of the world, but this was a great disappointment. The Hotel is also far away from the tourist attractions." (107451157)

  Receptionist was friendly.

  No access for strollers/buggies. Don't know how disabled people enter the hotel?? Room had a bad smell - like old urine or flooded toilet. Hand shower in bath tub was leaking. Mini bar was empty on arrival. No room service menu in room. After we complained they gave us an executive sweet, as that was the only room available. The smell was better, but the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Bed linen was dirty, especially the blanket on the sofa bed. Was full of dust and had stains on it. Could not let my child 3 year old child sleep there. When we finally got a room service menu, the service to the room was terrible. Housekeeping was done very poorly. Wine glasses from nigh before were not removed the next day. Door men / porters were not very helpful in calling taxis, or showing us to an elevator, as we could not take the child stroller (with the child in it) on the escalator.

  the location and the hotel in general was very modern and clean

  we were on honeymoon so i would have liked a better view as reqested

  Excellent accueil et très bon service;personnel très aimable; hotel proche des transports publics
