February 23, 2011I liked that we could relax at night and use the hot pool. Also, the proximity to town was nice.
Really the only thing we did not like was the fact the outdoor hot pool was not open later than 10:00 PM. 11:00 PM would be great and even midnight on weekends would be nice too.

January 30, 2012Rooms were a nice size. Did not have time to try out the hot tub but they seemed nice. Liked the indoor access between buildings. A good selection of different styles of rooms, able to accomodate most people.
Needs some upgrades/tlc. Parking was a problem, does not seem to be enough spaces.

January 9, 2012I loved the outdoor hotpool, such an amazing view. Also the use of eco friendly products that they offer. But the best part was the location and the good prices on rooms; helpful especially to students.

January 4, 2012The bedding was comfy and the hotel had a outdoor hot pool
We asked for our room to be cleaned do we could get fresh towels and after a day long snowboarding trip we returned to the hotel to find that the housekeepers never touched our room then we called down for towels because our room wasn't cleaned then they had no towels then three diffrent house keepers knocked on our room to give us towels. The hallways needed to be vacumed on a daily basis.

Surface cleaned only, need of deep cleaning. Especially on tiles in bathroom, floor tills, corners etc. Poor breakfast buffet for price charged, hope the hair in scrambled eggs is not a regular occurance.

January 2, 2012Location
The room was hot, I was kept awake by the furnace and the footsteps of other guests as they walked past our room. It is a very old building with very little sound proofing. I would, if I'd known, paid the extra $40 - $60 for a better, more modern hotel in Banff.

December 31, 2011Location was great and the hotel was easy to find.
Our neighbors were extremely noisy and the wall walls were like paper. The staff did however respond when we called to complain.

December 31, 2011It is a nice location and a reasonable price.
The hotel is in need of some upgrades and the mountain view room still had building bits in the way of nice photo ops. The room was not horrible for cleanliness, only it was in need of a better wipe down.
