ease opf access from motorways when touring coupled with clean, private rooms and good parking. Good choice of food in restauraunt for evening meals.

Found breakfast choice limited compared to many hotels although if only continental breakfast only required choice was adequate. Cost of bar drinks high.

is nice and confort for a weekend break, you can rest very well,

There was no proper information and guidedace, we have infoemed the hotel that we are going to arrive late, we gave details of our departure, so we expecting something to be arranged upon our arrival, rather unfutunate no one was there, no one to contact, tried to call hotel hot number which they claimed to be 24 hour services, but no answer its bad experiance raining cold and sick and no help, finally the problem was solved after two 2 hours of up and down. communication here is very important.

Excellent breakfast, room clean, bed very comfy, location good for overnight stay (understoood when we booked it it was on the outskirts of Amien). Leons restaurant adjacent was a suprise & delight. Much better than expected. Get there early !. Overall I would stay again & perfect considering price for a 2 night stop. It was half the price of any other available hotels especially ones in the centre of Amiens.

Ony minor observation was the room smelt slightly of stale cigarettes although no ash trays or signs to suggest smokers. Could simply have been the cleaning products. No english tv even news. Bar should stay open later...

We were very disappointed when we were given a small room with a double bed pushed against the wall which would have meant one of us climbing over the bed in the night for the toilet. Being we are old age pensioners this was not acceptable. When we complained about this to the receptionist she came to the room and just pushed the bed over from the wall which meant the toilet door would have to be opened all night because it could not be closed due to the bed being in the way. We said this was not acceptable and in the end we were given a different room. The receptionist was not happy but did eventually give us another room.

Location was convenient for break on journey from Angers to Calais. Restaurant was clean and menu selection was good.

Little or no soundproofing so could hear noises from plumbing in surrounding rooms. Main door to room shrieked when opened and closed. Door to bathroom would not close Air conditioning had been turned off

Location, good comfort and value for money, good 'family style' restaurant, easy to bring young children to.

The bathroom could use a little renovation/redecoration.

The hotel provides an adequate stopping off point either leaving Calais or when heading towards the channel ports. It was quiet and away from main roads and noise, and parking was secure. The centre of Amiens is not far away and seemed worthy of future exploration. We would have no hesitation about returning to this Campanile. Breakfast is good, but maybe a little expensive.

Hardly a criticism, but the hotel is alongside other hotel chains within a commercial area, so there are no views!

Excellent value for money for a budget hotel - had tv, tea making facilities in room. Good standard of food. Good selection of food for dinner and breakfast. Liked viewing exotic birds and having outdoor space to sit when sunny.

We found the menu options very confusing and took a while to understand - especially as we were travelling in a large group. It was a shame for the non-French speakers of the group, that none of staff understood English.

Very reasonable. Simple small rooms comparable to a motel (it is in fact a motel but I guess they do not call it that anymore). Great staff and service. Easy location right off the highway.

My second stay at a French Campanile and I was not disappointed. The rates are fair and the rooms comfortable and clean. There was a nice restaurant at this hotel which was not too pricey. Overall a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose from. We were in a very quiet part of the grounds, which were not overlooked, which enabled us to have a good sleep after a long journey.
