Nice facilities in lovely setting with spacious grounds; very friendly staff; excellent breakfast; excellent value for money (breakfast included).
Double room was a typical conference bedroom and therefore slightly smaller than average. Nevertheless it was clean and confortable with all necessary facilities and perfectly acceptable

Lovely staff and gorgeous building
The light in the hall was very bright and shone through the cracks in the door, it kept the room very light. Also, please can breakfast be served any earlier, particularly mid-week?

A modern and clean hotel offering excellent value for money. The breakfast menu was varied and flexible to suit all tastes.

Excellent breakfast which was included in the price. The staff were very friendly and the service excellent. It was nice also not to have children running around everywhere!

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The Hotel was lovely and clean and very good value for money.
My daughter and her fiance booked in the then after they had unpacked had to move rooms because a key could not be found for their room. My daughter is 6 months pregnant and this was a right mess on for them ! the room that they got was also very small compared to the room that they were in ! Also the water was not very warm in the morning to have a shower.

service overall was excellent, bar food on the expensive side but good quality.
Bed in room sagged in middle and bathroom could have been cleaner black mildew on tiling around the bath

Booking was quick and easy online.
On check-in we were sent to the completely wrong room on the second floor, to be then told that we were in a completely different building (the cottages). The room decor was very tired and paint was hanging of the walls. The ceiling was full of cobwebs, the bed throw was very old and stained which made it look dirty, although the rest of the linen was fresh and clean. The heater did not work in the room and it was a very cold evening. The shower was inadequate although warm the water just trickled out.

bed was small only one pillow per person,found one more in wardrobe,only one set of towels,had to request further set,ordered sandwiches which the bread was dry.Overall I would describe my stay as adequate but way behind premier inn for quality.Finally I would describe the bed as the most uncomfortable twin that my wife and myself have ever slept in.it was seemed more like a large single. I would never stay at this complex ever.

Lovely Grounds, Good Food and service Very Nice Bar where we could eat dinner without going to the dining room. Hotel Manager was very helpful, helping us check flights on internet when we had a problem. reason price. enjoyed the free tea coffee and goodies in the lounge during the day.

Very competitive price. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Nice house and grounds.
All 3 drawers in the bedroom totally unserviceable - the cleaner presumably re instated them after the first night but they still jammed and were unuseable. Curtains were mainly off the rail.
