I booked into a single room and was upgraded to a suite which was fantastic. the breakfast was superb and the service was excellant

Nice and clean, Friendly staff, breakfast was always good!
Door didn't get fixed, but staff did pull it shut after them when I asked.

The hotel was fine, lovely building.
The room was shabby with few facilities, no shower which worked and few proper powe points

Even though the Hotel appeared very busy, our room was quiet. The facilities were great & staff very helpful. Good choice of food.Lovely atmosphere.
Limited parking.

Ordered a terrible taxi service when they had cards for a premium one. Beds were terribly uncomfortable and the hot water system kept you awake all night long
