  "We did not expect our room to be so small. A shame - the extention is more like a motel design and with a little more thought could have been designed with quality rather than quality in mind. " (107957581)

  Excellent staff, very welcoming and courteous

  Courtyard room very small,hot,claustrophobic and motel-like - this is no clear on the website. Thermostat was upside down and we could not see how to turn it down. Towel rail fell off the wall as soon as used. Breakfast area was too busy and some of us had to carry our food and drink upstairs to another room. T

  two point - three point adaptor available for battery charger; very good value continental breakfast; great feel-good factor after mastering A-level coffee machine operation and the lesser challenge of the conveyor belt toaster

  "Very pleased with the room, was able to get a little work done on laptop and watch the football too. No complaints at all." (107146788)

  Very friendly helpful staff, food was good, nice location and clean, bright, modern rooms.

  Bar facilities a little lacking - a draught lager would have been preferable to (relatively) expensive bottles. At least they were cold, though!

  The bathroom in the bedromm was very good especially the shower.

  Not enough cupboard space to put clothes away. We had to keep most of the clothes in our suitcase!

  friendliness and efficiency of staff, pick up at airport, nice yoghourt at breakfast

  Automatic bathroom light - staying on for 3 mins not a good idea in middle of night
